Pianogrillo Grillo
fresh & crisp
Julius Caesar use to love a Grillo, an indigenous Sicilian grape varietal that means “cricket” in Italian. On the nose you get summer, lemons and green apple. On the palate it’s a fresh, light white with nutty, fruit-forward flavours.
From Sunday Rosé
fresh & flowery
Pretty, elegant, light and ethereal. This Rosé is as dry as a bone and fresh as a daisy. Softly pressed Syrah grapes are delicatly handled for gentle extraction. Light salmon pink. Drinks well round the clock with all types of food.
From Sunday Disco Volante
Do you ever sip a wine and think, hmmm i’m getting some disco alien vibes? Well, we did.
This super fresh Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills is bursting with juicy fruits and good times. A vibrant, fresh party starter if ever there was!
Tomero Cabernet Franc
weet on the attack, with structured tannins. A medium-bodied wine with a long finish. Traditional winemaking methods were used, including a 2-day cold pre-fermentative maceration, and manual punching down and pumping over.
